Here are some important points that you will have to think about ...

~ Wall height... 8'~ 9'~ 10'~ 11'~ 12'...

The height will often depend on the use that one wishes to make and also the restrictions of certain cities. You can also opt for the 6 '' and above cement wall option, to increase the height of the interior walls.

Do not forget that it is better to have 10 "@ 14" clearance above the garage door. Ex: For a 7 'high door, 8' walls are adequate, but if you want an 8 'high garage door, choose walls 9'2' 'or higher.

~ Trusses ~ Fascia ~ Soffit...

Depending on your needs you can opt for roof trusses of different kinds, such as, standard, with storage, living space, cathedrals, barn style...

You can also opt for cornices of 6 ", 12" or lengthen the cornice a few feet on one side to allow a shelter of wood or other. Ask about all your possibilities.
